Guests Traveling from London/Basingstoke
Take Junction 6 from the M3, and follow the signs for the Town Centre, and at all the roundabouts, follow the signs for Whitchurch B3400. Go past the Leisure Centre, and at the next roundabout follow the signs for Whitchurch and Oakley. Continue along this road until you reach The Fox Public House, on your left. Continue past the turning on your left, and Rose Cottage is immediately on your left, and is signposted B&B.
Guests Traveling from the South
Take Junction 7 from the M3, and follow the signs for Oakley, up a country road for about three miles. At the T Junction, turn left and turn right again by the Church into Station Rd. Go over the railway bridge, and turn right onto the B3400. Follow the road for half a mile, ignoring the turning on your right. As you enter an avenue of trees, Rose Cottage is on the right hand side.
Guests Traveling from the West
From the A303 at Andover, take the turning signposted the Walworth Industrial Estate, and at the roundabout take the B3400 turning for Whitchurch and Overton. Go through these two villages, and continue on the B3400, until you go past the Beach Arms Public House on your left. The road bears sharply right under a railway bridge. Follow the road for about a mile ignoring two turnings on your right. As you enter an avenue of trees, Rose Cottage is on the right hand side and is signposted B&B.
